Peter Valente is a poet, translator, fiction writer, and filmmaker. He is the author of Forge of Words a Forest (Jensen Daniels, 1998) and The Artaud Variations (forthcoming from Spuyten Duyvil). His poems have also appeared in journals such as Mirage #4/Periodical, First Intensity, Prosodia, and Talisman. His recent translations include the work of Pier Paolo Pasolini, Sandro Penna, and Luis Cernuda.

Cole Heinowitz is the author of Daily Chimera (Incommunicado, 1995), Stunning in Muscle Hospital (Detour, 2002), The Rubicon (A Rest, 2008), and the critical study, Spanish America and British Romanticism, 1777-1826: Rewriting Conquest (Edinburgh UP, 2010). Her recent translations include the work of Alejandra Pizarnik and Mario Santiago Papasquiaro’s Advice from 1 Disciple of Marx to 1 Heidegger Fanatic (Wave, 2013).
